I've been passionate about fitness since before I joined the Marines in 1998. Everything I currently know about fitness comes from years of personal experience (successes and setbacks) combined with continuous learning from different resources. As I've gotten older I've gotten wiser (mostly) about training and staying healthy and fit. Fitness is an ongoing journey.
Throughout my journey I've had the opportunity to help fellow Marines and Army National Guard Soldiers among others achieve their fitness goals. With a methodical approach to improving fitness levels and body composition with a combination of strength training, conditioning, a strong mindset and proper nutrition it's possible to achieve your fitness goals.
Another passion of mine is helping others improve their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing by achieving their fitness goals. It won't be easy, but it's not impossible. I will be with you every step of your journey. Fitness is not just something you do, it's a lifestyle and a state of mind.
